Credited in full toward your installation. About an hour walking the house, then a written plan — what to automate, which platform, what the equipment costs. Yours to keep either way. The install itself is quoted from that plan, because device count and house size vary too much for a flat rate.

I won't promise a fix time before I know what's wrong. That depends on parts and diagnosis, and nobody honest can promise it up front — what I will do is tell you what I've found and when it'll be done.
