About

Jamison Tech is a technology company in Norwalk, Iowa, serving the Des Moines metro. It designs, builds, installs and services the technology small businesses, farms and homes actually run on — from AI and websites to networks, smart homes and agricultural drones.It is also one person, and that is the point: I'm the one who quotes the job, does the work and picks up the phone afterward. There is no account manager between us, and no handoff to someone who wasn't in the room. I'm still here next year, which turns out to be the rare part.

Why me

Every competitor in the metro can write "technology consultant for small businesses." Here is what is harder to copy.

• I fly for a living

  Airline captain and C-17 pilot. That is why "and farms" is a real capability here rather than a marketing line — I understand aircraft, not just software.

• I run my own businesses on AI infrastructure I built myself

  Several repositories, coordinated agents and a synced knowledge base, in production every day. Not a certification — a working system I can show you.

• I design and 3D-print custom parts

  My own designs, made here — including parts fitted to real ag drone airframes. It means I understand equipment, not only software.

• I built and shipped a mobile app on both stores

How I work

• I'll get back to you as quickly as I can, and you'll hear from me directly. I won't promise a fix time before I know what's wrong — that depends on parts and diagnosis, and nobody honest promises one up front.
• I own mistakes. They happen. I'll tell you what went wrong in the same sentence I tell you how I'm fixing it.
• I'll tell you what I'm not sure about — and what I'd charge to find out.
• I refer out 24/7 emergency work. It's a poor fit for a business this size, and saying so is a scope decision rather than an apology.

Where I use AI, and where I don't

• I use AI heavily and expertly, and I am accountable for what I deliver, whatever tool made it.
• I discuss and work with it to reach better solutions. You are buying judgment about what to build, not keystrokes.
• Your material is not training anybody's public model.
• I will not use AI to make anything meant to pass as evidence. Illustrations, yes. Images that look like photographs of real work, never.
