- 1A discovery session — up to two hours, in your business, looking at what actually eats your week.
- 2You get a written plan you own, whether or not you build it with me.
- 3We agree an acceptance test before any build starts: real cases you supply, and the work is done when it handles them.
- 4Build, then hand over with the plan and the test attached.
What I need from you
- Twenty real examples of the task you want handled — your cases, not made-up ones.
- Access to whatever system holds the data.
- One person who can say yes.
What this does not cover
- Anything past the accepted scope, which is billed at $200/hr.
- A warranty on how a model behaves over time — that is what the acceptance test and a care plan are for.
- 24/7 or emergency coverage.

I'll get back to you as quickly as I can — you'll hear from me directly, not from a queue or a ticket number.
I won't promise a fix time before I know what's wrong. That depends on parts and diagnosis, and nobody honest can promise it up front — what I will do is tell you what I've found and when it'll be done.
I don't offer 24/7 or emergency coverage. If that's what you need, I'll tell you straight away and point you somewhere that does.
