I'll get back to you as quickly as I can — you'll hear from me directly, not from a queue or a ticket number.
I won't promise a fix time before I know what's wrong. That depends on parts and diagnosis, and nobody honest can promise it up front — what I will do is tell you what I've found and when it'll be done.
I don't offer 24/7 or emergency coverage. If that's what you need, I'll tell you straight away and point you somewhere that does.
