Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 1 September 2026
Jamison Tech, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors and clients. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By accessing or using our website (www.jamisontech.com) or engaging our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Information You Provide Directly: We collect information you provide when you:
- Fill out our contact form (name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, how you heard about us).
- Communicate with us via email or phone.
- Engage our services (information provided in contracts, SOWs, and during project work).
- Sign up for a newsletter or mailing list (if applicable).
- Information Collected Automatically: When you visit our website, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
- Log Data: your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: we do not set cookies on this website. We do not use tracking pixels, web beacons, advertising tags, or cross-site tracking of any kind. Because we place no non-essential cookies, there is no cookie consent banner to accept or decline. See Section 5 (“Cookies”) for details.
- Website Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate — for example how many people viewed a page, which site referred them, and how quickly pages loaded. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not track you across websites or across visits. It does not build a profile of you and we cannot use it to identify you. You can read Cloudflare’s description of the service at https://www.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/.
- We no longer use Google Analytics. Earlier versions of this website used Google Analytics, which set cookies and transmitted data to Google. That was removed when the site was rebuilt in September 2026 and no Google Analytics data is collected through this site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and improve our services.
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
- To process transactions and send invoices.
- To manage your account (if applicable).
- To personalize your website experience.
- To send you marketing communications (if you have opted in).
- To analyze website usage and improve our website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To protect the rights of you, others, and us.
3. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your information to the following third parties:
- Service Providers: third-party providers who assist us with website hosting, email communication, payment processing, accounting, analytics, and other business operations. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information. The providers used by this website are Cloudflare (hosting and cookieless analytics) and Web3Forms (delivery of messages you send through our contact form).
- Legal Requirements: if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request (e.g., a subpoena, court order, or government investigation).
- Business Transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
- With Your Consent: with other third parties with your express consent.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies
- What are Cookies? Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to website owners.
- How We Use Cookies: we do not. As of the September 2026 rebuild this website sets no cookies at all — not essential, not analytics, not marketing.
- Analytics: our analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless by design. See Section 1.
- Marketing: we do not use marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not permit third parties to track visitors across websites from this site.
- Your Choices: because we set no cookies, there is nothing here for you to accept, decline, or clear, and no consent banner is shown. You can still control cookies generally through your browser settings.
- If this changes: if we ever introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting them.
6. Your Rights
- Access and Correction: you have the right to access and correct your personal information by contacting us.
- Opt-Out: you may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe instructions in the emails or by contacting us directly.
- Data Portability: you can request the information we have on file for you.
- Deletion: you have the right to request deletion of data.
- Do Not Track: our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last Updated” date.
