- 4Hand over, with what was installed written down.
What I need from you
- Access to the building, and to whoever owns decisions about it.
- Any existing network documentation, if it exists.
What this does not cover
- Consumer break/fix. Not fixing an individual's laptop, not resetting a home router.
- 24/7 or emergency coverage.

I'll get back to you as quickly as I can — you'll hear from me directly, not from a queue or a ticket number.
I won't promise a fix time before I know what's wrong. That depends on parts and diagnosis, and nobody honest can promise it up front — what I will do is tell you what I've found and when it'll be done.
I don't offer 24/7 or emergency coverage. If that's what you need, I'll tell you straight away and point you somewhere that does.
